These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and RupiahBet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://rupiahbet.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service").

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to holdone registered Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If duplicate accounts are detected, RupiahBet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withold any balances pending investigation. In cases involving fraud, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any third party to access your Account.

You must notify RupiahBet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. RupiahBet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred payment methods — must be accurate and correspond to the details on your verified identity documents. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in Account termination and forfeiture of balance.

RupiahBet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed and may be requested at any time during your use of the Platform.

Documents Typically Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or current Passport
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, showing your name and residential address

RupiahBet accepts deposits via a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC).

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet methods and MYR 100 for cryptocurrency deposits, unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• RupiahBet does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers or financial institutions may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside RupiahBet's control.
• Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• RupiahBet reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to originate from unlawful sources.

Withdrawals are available to all verified Account holders who have met applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 15minutes during standard operating hours. Complex requests may take up to 24 hours.
• RupiahBet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such review.
• Funds must be returned to the same method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. RupiahBet may request alternative payment details where this is not feasible.

Players who have accepted bonus funds must clear all applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real Money balances unrelated to active bonuses are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard verification procedures.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 300 unless otherwise stated. Exceding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and associated winings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games, video poker, and certain other games may contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are outlined in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses are valid for a specified time window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation). Unused or unwagered bonuses will expire automatically upon the stated deadline.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: RupiahBet actively monitors betting patterns. Irregular or exploitative wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk — including low-margin multi-betting, hedging, and arbitrage — may result in the bonus being voided without notice.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the RupiahBet sportsbook, live casino, and games. Product-specific rules may additionally apply and are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a palpable error in odds, RupiahBet reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement may be voided at RupiahBet's discretion.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change during the course of an event. Bets confirmed before an odds change will be honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• RupiahBet reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players or specific markets. This may be applied without prior notice and does not constitute grounds for Account suspension or dispute.
• All casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). RupiahBet does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical malfunctions, including connectivity errors during live casino sessions, may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RupiahBet Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and referal to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Opening or operating more than one Account
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Coluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the Platform
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Platform
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment

All content on the RupiahBet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of RupiahBet or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of RupiahBet.

Unauthorised use of the RupiahBet name, brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, advertising, or promotion is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RupiahBet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

RupiahBet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

RupiahBet does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from error, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events") may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which RupiahBet shall not be liable.

RupiahBet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been active for a specified period

Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting RupiahBet support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money balance. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering or dispute resolution processes.

RupiahBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms or supplementary policies
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Regulatory requirements or court orders requiring Account closure
• Any conduct deemed by RupiahBet to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players

In cases of termination due to breach or fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Real Money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the player through a verified payment channel within a reasonable timeframe where legally permissible.

RupiahBet aims to resolve all player disputes and complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, please follow the process below:

RupiahBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

For non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or administrative updates), RupiahBet may update the Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
